Get Personal with Gemini

As Gemini season begins to wind down and we welcome in Cancer, there is one more Gemini-related post I want to make: Gemini Personal Planets. Personal Planets include The Sun, Moon, and Rising, which I’ve already covered. This also includes Mercury, Venus and Mars. These are the planets that help shape who we are. These planets are closer to the Earth, therefore they change more often and are more unique to each person.

Gemini Mercury has the speediest of minds, easily coming up with ideas. Gemini allows Mercury to be as fluid, curious, and analytical as it likes to be. They are usually the favorite child in the family or classroom, despite their knack for mischief. They are popular among peers and authority figures. If someone is born with Mercury in Gemini, they might be known for their mental restlessness, swift intellect, and wit. This placement has the ability to learn quickly and assimilate large volumes of information easily. Those born with Mercury in its domicile seem to have an advantage when it comes to adaptability and communications in general.

They tend to make snap judgements based on superficial information. When they have hidden motives, their brilliance is put to use in destructive ways. They stir up drama and gossip. They can play mind games and use their words as weapons when they’re angry. There can also be a manic stride to their curiosity. They need to take the time to relax and really take in what they’ve been given.

Something people might not see about them is how hardworking they are. They go hard, but give the appearance of being effortless. They need wide-open spaces and solitude to really hear themselves think. Meditation is a great way to cleanse their mind and will help them become mindful.
